Still the same

James had his first tournament. He is the backup small forward on the team which is to be expected since most of the kids who dress are still 9th graders. However, somethings still don't change much. In his first action they won by 20 points and he scored 8 of their 42 points. He didn't play as much in the later games and if it wasn't for a layup by the other team in the last 10 secs they would have advanced to the championship game. He is learning a lot and has caught the attention of one of the coaches for one of the professional basketball teams here in Taiwan. He has a son who plays on James' team and so he comes down here a lot to check out the players. I tell James to try to learn all he can from him, like he should from everyone. Who knows maybe this will help his career someday.
